What is Zeo Filter Cleaner?
Zeo filter cleaner is a product that is used to clean and recharge zeobrite, sand and other zeolite media. Removes scale, oils, and minerals that bind up your filter lowering pressure and decreasing filtration rate.

What does this mean to me?
You want your sand filter to have maximum filter efficiency. Using the Zeo Filter Cleaner it will do that for you. It’s an easy to use liquid formula. No more replacing the sand every season. It recharges the sand.

How do I add the chemical?
Up to a 24” diameter filter: Mix 1 quart Zeo Filter Cleaner with 5gallons of water.
A 30” to 36” diameter filter: Mix 2 quarts Zeo Filter Cleaner with 5 gallons of water.

1. Backwash the filter 2. Shut off pump 3. Move valve to backwash position 4. Remove filter top. 5. Drain the filter.
2. Pour pre-mixed solution into the filter and add sufficient amount of water to cover the media.
3. Replace the filter top.
4. Soak 4 to 12 hours. (Longer soaking results in better cleaning. For pools with high mineral content, scale or oil buildup soak overnight and backwash the next day.) After soaking the recommended amount of time, backwash until the water coming from the line is clear.
5. Start pump, fill the filter with clean water and resume normal filtration.
